Guru, the incarnation of God Himself, comes down to Earth to awaken humankind to the state of self-realization. In the Indian tradition, we pay more respect to Gurus. We observed Guru Poornima on 30th June, during the month of Aashad, commemorating the birth of the great sage Vedavyasa. As part of the celebration, our students performed Mathru pooja.
